Setting up new on-line savings accounts

1 Interest rate is very good. 2 Maximum amount is VERY low. 3 Transfer times are slow. 4 This is advertised as being an on-line account but it isn't really. Snail mail is involved in setting it up. 5 I set up two accounts. One in my name and one in my wife's. I have a middle name but my wife doesn't. On her "Profile" page my wife's name is spelt correctly but on her "Summery" page your computer has inserted my middle initial into her name. I called you about it. It still hasn't been corrected yet. Reviewed on: 27th December 2022
