Opening a Young Saver Account

I opened a Young Saver Account for my Grandson in the Hungerford Office. The Assistant was really helpful and did all the necessary paperwork immediately so I was able to take his new passbook with me there and then. The printing machine was playing up but she remained calm and sorted it all out, eventually using a good old fashioned pen! The customer service was excellent. Reviewed on: 4th December 2022

Transfer of existing mortgage

Really pleased that the NBS reached out to me prior to my fixed mortgage maturity and offered me a transfer which has now saved me money for the upcoming years with raising interest rates. Great service. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2022

Thanks for your help in obtaining a new product .Please keep your staff numbers adequate to answer phone calls within a short time ,now taking longer! One grouse is the ridiculous secure message system- I have only managed to open one of the last nine secure messages so they are certainly secure! I am sure no one else wants to pay my mortgage,so please either send me a normal email or a hard copy in the post. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2022

My intial contact via phone was good, my in branch experience not so. I was given contradictory information which resulted in wasting time which was unnecessary. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2022
