It could be better

Newbury requested for information piecemeal and gave little or no direction on the completion of crucial forms, like the Deed for example. I had to chase my lending Bank to receive a completion statement, a responsibility that ought to be Newbury's. But overall, Newbury still delivered promptly and I am able to overlook the avoidable stress I had to face during the application process. Reviewed on: 10th November 2022
