Best mortgage interview ever

Being an ex mortgage advisor I have the experience to acknowledge good service when I receive it. Could not fault and love the facts that The society really does help it's mortgage customers by not passing on every interest rate rise. Hugely impressed Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Opened a new account, no appointment made, was made even easier by downloading and completing form first, all done in approx 15-20 minutes, books arrived by post a few days later. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Online Account not easy to use

Had difficulty setting up a nominated account. It took 2 secure messages and 3 phone calls to verify my bank account of 40+ years. I hope it will be set up today. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022
