Easy repayment in full

I rang to ask for a settlement statement. The lady who helped me was pleasant and helpful as always. Statement arrived a couple of days later and within a week of paying I received notification of clearance from Newbury B S and also from The Land Registry.Barbara Very efficient and easy transaction. Excellent Customer Service

I contacted customer service so that my account could be unlocked - I'd made an error logging in and the account was locked. The phone was anwered promptly and the situation was sorted out very efficiently. The customer service advisor was friendly and helpful. This makes such a change to my old savings bank where it takes an hour on hold to get through to someone. Reviewed on: 30th May 2022

I wish every customer service department was like yours

Repaying my outstanding mortgage could not have been easier. Emails were answered quickly and I received a redemption statement in the post. i set up the payment on the day advised and everything was done without any fuss. Thank you - especially Adam Reviewed on: 29th May 2022
