Re mortgaging was so easy to do

I contacted Rose and had a telephone review before she submitted our application to the underwriters at Newbury. This application was fur a re mortgage to borrow more for our house renovation. Rose was very friendly and efficient and we found h to e whole process easy to understand and when our approval came through very quickly we were very happy with the terms and rates offered . We would highly recommend The Newbury Building Society for future mortgages . Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Re-mortgaging and borrowing more money.

I only have praise for Newbury Building Society, I had to re-mortgage my mortgage and raise more money due to buying out my Husband due to a divorce. The transaction with Newbury was stress free each time I had to call them they were helpful very accurate information every time, I cannot fault them and would highly recommend them, well I already have. What's not to like

Opened a new account with relative ease online as like the branch based account it gave a very competitive interest rate. Also have a branch based account which was equally easy to open by post and/or a nice trip out to the local branch. The staff on the telephone and in branch are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the limit is the maximum deposit level of their high interest rate accounts. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

The member of staff who opened my new account was so personable. Everything was clearly explained regarding this product, alongside the opportunity to have a relaxed conversation with her.
