We plan to change from individual ISAs to a joint savings account.

Opening a higher intrest accounts but retaining some capital in "old" accounts

Having been sent new interest rates after being customers for over 1 year, we opted to move money to higher interest accounts. At the same visit we were advised to keep some of the capital in the original accounts. Good customer service. Thank you. Reviewed on: 13th May 2022

Old Fashioned high quality service.

Old style service. Given C19 and general degradation of Customer Service it's refreshing to get a service that harks back to 'the good old' days. Hopefully it will catch on elsewhere. Reviewed on: 13th May 2022
