Excellent customer service from well informed staff

Application handled online and staff were always available to assist, no waiting on the phone for hours or having to leave messages in the hope that some one will return your call. Staff are well informed and found the best mortgage for my needs. I would highly recommend Newbury Building Society and don't know why I haven't used them before. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff

Easy to book a face to face appointment to open a new account. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, talked me through the process and answered my questions. I love that I have a hard copy savings book and I can go in branch to carry out transactions and talk face to face to people. This is refreshing for me as I am fed up of doing everything online. Although online banking has it's uses there is nothing quite like the human touch and being able to talk and interact in branch - long may this continue. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
