Ok,

Ok. Every body I have spoke to has been friendly and. Helpful…….. but communication regarding the progress of my application even after it had been agreed. Was poor…. I had to enquire as to what was happening several times…. Even had to replace the signed and witnessed forms as the originals had been “inadvertently “ destroyed !!!!. Best rate for new mortgage

We already had a mortgage with NBS, we had been happy with their service previously and were glad that when searching for a new mortgage, NBS came up with the best rate. We did not hesitate to go with NBS again. Professional and very helpful staff, they explained everything and always had time for my questions. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others. Speedy and efficient process well managed by polite and helpful staff. Excellent service.

We applied for an additional loan further to our current mortgage. It was arranged by telephone and email and the whole process from application to the finance being transferred took only 3 weeks. The staff to whom I spoke on the telephone calls were very polite and efficient and the paperwork was easy to complete and to understand. The whole experience was problem-free and I think that the staff at the Newbury Building Society should be congratulated on their operational excellence. Reviewed on: 13th November 2021
