Opening a new EMA Bond account

Had not realised that needed to speak to one of the Society’s advisers before this transaction but an appointment was offered within the hour. Then was guided very well throughout the whole transaction and the new account successfully opened. Reviewed on: 26th May 2023

Excellent rate for Existing Members Bond

My wife and I have had existing members savings accounts for some time and recently the Newbury BS gave us the opportunity to access a higher fixed rate for 2 years. Although the application was not smooth, Gemma a customer service advisor helped us out and we got there! Reviewed on: 26th May 2023

Opening new savings account

Overall the experience was positive, as are all my dealings with Newbury BS. However, opening the account through the online service required me to provide information which was irrelevant for the type of account which I opened. Reviewed on: 26th May 2023
