Cheerful, polite, responsive, listening.

Very impressed with cheerful response in both Newbury and Didcot branches. We have joined NBS because of your interest rates and poor or no customer service elsewhere. Easy experience of opening an account

All documentation we had to supply was given in advance on the welcome to Newbury fact sheet.This was processed very quickly and enabled us to consider which accounts were the best for our circumstances.The staff were very helpful and accommodating and I came out of the branch thinking what amazing customer service was provided.Certainly face to face dealing is far more fulfilling than online or telephone experiences Reviewed on: 21st April 2023
