Courteous, efficient and informative service

I tried to open an ISA less than a week before the end of the tax year even though I am not a member of the society. Nothing was too much trouble and I was able to open the account and deposit the funds in good time thanks to the three advisors over the two visits I made. Thanks to the friendly and personal attention from Karen, Lisa and their male colleague in the Basingstoke branch! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Very lovely customer service

Our experience with Newbury Building Society has been nothing but positive. Every person I dealt with has been very pleasant, efficient and informative. In particular, our experience with Ella Bright and Stephanie Burke was fantastic. We also loved the new home survival box that arrived at our new house - it was such a lovely touch. Initial admin error made up for by dedicated staff

I applied for a mortgage on my house, as my existing one's terms were due to expire. At the start of my application there was an admin error, but thanks to the personal attention of staff at Newbury, we worked out the fault and caught up with my application process in time to meet the target completion date.
