Savings Appointment

I had a savings appointment with my wife in the Hungerford branch and was seen by savings adviser Daisy. The appointment was so thorough and efficient, Daisy made us feel very comfortable and made sure we understood all the information she was explaining. Reviewed on: 29th March 2023

With a speed not usually seen nowadays makes the customer feel valued.

As a new customer after applying for a 'Welcome To Newbury ' Account by post which was speedily opened and passbook dispatched I registered for online access. Verification code was swiftly sent and received. From initial account application sending to verification code being received by post it took just 1 week 1 day!!!!! All done by post. Good friendly service as usual

Dropped into branch to open another account. At first I was told to make an appointment which seems daft as there were three staff and no other customers there. As an existing member of Newbury and with photo ID, I explained that I have other calls on my time and that really we should be able to conduct the business immediately. Then suddenly we could, very easily so I left happy and with my new account open. Still don’t get why making an appointment for a future date was initially suggested, please remember that your customers may age better things to do with their time. Reviewed on: 27th March 2023
