BOI transferred my card to this crowd. I had m BOI card for sixteen years. I never had an issue or a problem. My credit card was taken off my BOI app - I tried repeatedly to register with JAJA and the App simply would not recognise my details. I rang them three times to register - 45 minutes each time. I was told there was IT problems and that I would receive an email. I received nothing. I sent messages to BOI for a complaints email address for JAJA and was told it was nothing to do with them. I was left in a situation where I didn't know balance and how to pay it off as there is no physical presence NI. Just horrendous. I just the card up, transferred the balance and went elsewhere.
