Appalling cockup

When the app wouldn’t accept any of my details I then spent 40 minutes waiting for my call to BOI to be answered. After another 40 mins talking to somebody it still didn’t work and was told they are trying to update the app. BOI should be ashamed of their mishandling of this credit card transfer and the inconvenience it is causing.
