Overall very positive experience

The process was quick and easy. The team at the Winchester branch that processed my request were incredibly friendly and helpful and gave me a great first impression of the company. In an ideal world, I would have liked to have been able to open an account online, especially due to Covid. Reviewed on: 30th October 2020
