Good but there is room for improvement

I applied for a remortgage with yourselves via my financial advisors, Firmitas. After the necessary details were provided by me, the application was agreed in principle. However, shortly after the agreement in principle, I received a letter stating that the application was unsuccessful, which to say the least, caused some confusion. On contacting my financial advisors, the matter was taken up by them and was brought back on track. However, that was not the end, as there was to be further administrative malfunctions in the process such as various documents being sent by me which then seemed to have become misplaced and had to be resupplied. So although the application is now successfully completed, for which I'm extremely grateful, there was an element of hit and miss about certain aspects of the process. Reviewed on: 30th October 2020
