Shared Ownership Mortgage

We applied with Newbury to purchase our first home through the shared ownership scheme. Angela was absolutely fantastic in helping us ahead of the application and next steps we could expect as FTBs. She allayed any concerns we had in applying for a mortgage and made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The underwriting was fantastic and we received an offer on a product 9 working days after application. Correspondence has been quick and friendly.
