Utterly dreadful

Can only assume that this company has provided no training at all for staff. I got moved from the post office to this company and after fighting with the supposed brilliant app I decided to close my account. 4 weeks later and 3 calls I now have 3 cards arrive, still noT closed And apparently everyone I speak to is not authorised to do anything!!!!!
