Easy, professional, respectful and clear

I have had 2 different loans from Zopa and they have been easy to get, easy to maintain with the easy to use app. Everything you want from a money lender. The language is lovely and clear and the response rate to queries is respectful, professional and timely. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Brilliantly customer focused

I found the process of lending money for my car totally painless. I am kept informed of everything through email but if I need to look all to someone, they are there. I found them well informed, customer focused and with the aim that nothing is too much. I will be applying for a new loan this year to change our other car. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!!! Fantastic company

I have a loan with Zopa and have had nothing but fantastic service from them. Rates are good, customer service is good, terms are good.....nothing negative to say! I would recommend them to friends and family and I would defiantly use them again! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017
