worst experiance ever

i was an old post office cedit card holder for years and was told that the card was to be replaced by a comany called JA JA Iam still waiting to be transfered over to them cant access my account because they dont reconise my details but managed to take my monthly payment !they have suspended my card even though i am not reconised .they are an absolute joke and will be so glad to recieve my monthly paper statement saying i owe nothing so i can cut it up and throw it away .in the process of getting on board with my banks credit card .A warning if you are thinking of getting a card from these guys DONT.
