Refund for travel insurance

Post office wrote to me stating that I had contacted them for refund in August 2020. This was not the case and the post office agent confirmed this was true. This date is pivotal in the calculation of the refund. Despite them admitting this date was not correct they refused to give me a meaningful refund and would only calculate it based on August 2020.
