excellent reliable service

thank you excellent service , all good except some confusion with the Newbury's departments !! i received a phone call asking why i was leaving the Newbury when i was actually only remortgaging ? there just seemed to be a bit of confusion between departments . received a very nice welcome pack to our new property , thank you.
