Rude staff and lack of diversity awareness

Having some money to invest, I visited the Yorkshire Building Society at Bristol where I live with my partner. The person I spoke to was vague and rude and my partner (who is not from this country)was made to feel uncomfortable by the way she was treated and spoken to. It was a terrible experience and it showed a lack of diversity awareness. I felt that I could not invest with the Yorkshire Building Society due to this terrible experience and I wonder just what attitude this So... Reviewed on: 14th November 2020
