Inaccessible, unhelpful and now locked out of my card

As a long time PO CC holder I have enjoyed excellent service for nearly 10 years. Spending most of my time overseas, the cards utility for overseas transactions has been a huge part of my financial planning. JAJA will not recognise my credentials, so I cannot log on to my account and their "helpline" is anything but helpful! Most recently, I apparently failed a security answer check on one such conversation with a customer service agent (probably because I have no account access!!??), they didn't tell me this however but promptly blocked my card for 'security reasons'. I have now been waiting for 7 days for the "Specialist Team" to contact me to unlock my card - it is a total disaster, and incompetence on a scale I have never before seen with a CC company!
