JaJa are a shambles ... don't get involved.

JaJa 'customer service' are useless, don't solve any problems, just hollow promises. Tried for over 4 hours in total on the phone to cancel my card and close my account, ended up with the 'lost and stolen' department, they said they would send a letter and email to confirm my account was closed. Still waiting after 2 weeks for that. I've stopped my direct debit. Don't trust them. Why oh why did the excellent Post Office card sell out to this useless lot ? The FCA should shut them down.
