Pity I cannot award zero stars - useless!!!!!

Existing Post Office credit card holder, required to re-register in order to use Java. Registration process falls over on PC. Works to a point on iPad. Final button to complete registration produces a message “this service is not currently available, please try again later.” Would I trust this lot with my money on this basis? Absolutely not!
