Kate Rockall provided full details on all re-mortgage options at NBS, each of which were fully explained. Kate was very thorough and professional and ensured I understood each stage of the discussion. The option I chose meets all my requirements. I am delighted to be re-mortgaging with NBS. Brilliant customer service during the whole mortgage process

We recently took out a mortgage with NBS . The whole process was done remotely. All the staff involved were very professional and made the mortgage journey, during Covid, stress free from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend NBS. Reviewed on: 24th November 2020
