Excellent from the get go. From my first dealings with Jacqui Shaw, and her holistic approach to presenting the personal scheme and company scheme to me has been a godsend. It’s rare to find a company from dealing with the sales to the after-care to run so seamlessly. Everyone I have dealt with in WPA has always been very professional helpful and shown genuine empathy when presented with stressful health issues and claims. Whether dealing with WPA over the phone or through the app they are easy to deal with as they are jargon free and transparent. Thank you very much for your help so far.
