Review of the esure, Car insurance:

Appalling customer service

Called esure to change my address on my car insurance policy which I'd paid for the year to 19/12/20. Was informed would be charged over £27, mostly admin fees. Told call handler I could not pay as don't work anymore. She came back to inform me that my policy was being cancelled and I'd receive a 7 day notice letter. Wow gobsmacked!
