Remortgage Experience

As a recently retired couple requiring to continue mortgaging for some while longer we anticipated that a RIO mortgage would be recommended by a new provider. Our previous provider was reluctant to continue our mortgage beyond my 70th. birthday. Newbury Building Society provided a mortgage plan entirely tailored to suit our requirements at a mortgage rate comparable to the best rates available at the moment.
