Excellent service for our mortgage appplicatiom

Contacted Lisa at the Basingstoke branch, she was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and made our process go smoothly. Once application received at the mortgage centre, they were efficient and quickly resolved an incorrect item in the offer documents. The rest of the process went smoothly to completion.
