How is this company allowed to operate ?

I too had a smooth working P.O. credit card account until JaJa took over. Their website is poorly designed and lacks functionality. So I phoned JaJa to get more information on recent transactions - they then put me through security questions provided by a third party company - that information was long out of date, so I failed the test. They then blocked my card and requested verified copies of my passport and driving licence, which I sent without delay. That was 6 weeks ago. Today I was told that they have received my documents but their head office was late in verifying them. The operator offered to raise a complaint which I did. This will take 8-10 weeks to be decided on. It gives me time to look for a normal credit card company. I cannot understand how this company is allowed to operate. Absolute shambles.
