Avoid at all costs

I Paid £316.00 to pay off my account they say they have not received it. I Contacted my own bank they gave me all the details of the transaction. i.e GBR Authorisation code and ARN Acquirer reference number I forwarded all this on and I have heard nothing they don’t care never had this trouble with the Post Office as soon as this is resolved the card will be cut up avoid this company at all costs appalling service they should not be in business.
