Just NO

Automatic transfer from Post Office - not asked for or wanted and no option offered for a service I have not agreed to. Customer Services based abroad, poor phone line, couldn't hear them, they put the phone down. Don't want an app, don't want online only access, don't want the card or the account. I've stopped all transactions and removed card details from online sites. Had to register for the account in order to freeze the card. Once final payment taken account will be closed.
