An abomination

Receiving a one-star review, this company should be over the moon. One-star is a gross overestimation of JAJA's value as a credit provider. A more accurate rating would be far below zero. I never applied for, nor requested, nor approved of having an account or credit card with JAJA. I was automatically transferred from my Post Office account – and it is seemingly impossible to close the account. I have spent untold hours on hold, I still receive emails demanding payments on an account I'm told has been closed. I get text messages saying my card has been activated – by whom? I have never received a JAJA credit card in the post. I'm beginning to become very worried that this company will damage my credit score because of their total ineptitude. Whatever you do – never get yourself tangled up with this company. All of the negative reviews on here paint a similar picture to what I have experienced. What a sh*tshow.
