Good overall, but room for improvement

I would say the bank has been simple to get along with. However probably need to give some effort towards improving user friendliness of online banking, also not sure why it 1 business day to transfer money to nominated bank when competitors are able to it much more quickly. Impeccable customer service and market updates

There customer service has been impeccable, when I have had an issue it's easily resolved with there in app chat feature. I also particularly like their market updates giving a summary of what is effecting your plan type and what they are doing to make the most of market conditions. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Awesome customer service

Been with wealthify a couple of years now and they have always looked after me. Speedy customer service with any queries answered through their chat function. They have a slick app and just what I need for hands off investments. Reviewed on: 16th January 2023

Smooth, easy and responsive

I have been with Wealthify for nearly a year now and found them a very good company to keep my money invested with. Not only do they have a very good app and superb user interface, the gains on my investment for a low cost are good too. I have even over the last few months transferred a previous ISA to them as I was impressed by the way they have handled the investments. Quick, simple and user friendly.

The app has been really helpful and easy to use during a busy lifestyle. Had some good gains after only a short period of using the app. I particularly like the learn part of the app which goes a long way to help build peoples financial literacy. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021
