Good products but customer information from contact centre dreadful and conflicting. 4 different agents said 4 different things in respect of account maturity options. Not good enough and puts thr customer to worry and time.

Opened junior isa. Really impressed with the website and app. Easy to navigate. Clear information and explanations.
Only reason not given five stars is as I've only just opened the account so don't know about their service to existing customers. We will see...
