Great functionality, easy to use and excellent customer service

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using Freetrade since I started investing in March 2020. My portfolio was previously held with a bank, but moving across to Freetrade was a great move! The fact that I don’t have to pay fees every single time I purchase shares works perfectly with with my pound-cost-averaging strategy of frequent buying. I’ve been very impressed with the customer service I’ve received, with prompt replies and solutions to my queries. The functionality of the app, information on shares and ease of use is everything I am looking for in an investing app. I couldn’t recommend Freetrade enough! Luke Reviewed on: 18th January 2021
