Policy with regards to customers with disabilities

I have recently joined the company for my 2 grand children. 1 has ADHD and I believe the process will be easy for him to understand. The application and management of the account is clear and the best for me as I am elderly and not computer literate. Other websites have had me in tatters to my detriment. Thank you.
