I've been with first direct a couple of years now and I still can't get over how I ring them, and they pick up and speak to me!! It's amazing! No press this button, listen to this hold music etc. So pleased with them! Reviewed on: 21st November 2019

Excellent!

They answer the phone when you ring, and sort your problem. They understand what you're talking about and help! It's the little things that I had forgotten what it was like to be treated like a real person by my bank! I love them! Reviewed on: 5th January 2019
