Lightyears ahead of other banks

We moved to Starling a year ago, after having a horrendous time with our previous high street bank. The experience was like night and day. Starling have been consistently efficient, responsive and helpful since the moment we signed up. Their processing times are incredibly fast, and they always go out of their way to make sure we are happy with their service and to check if there is anything they can do to help us. Their app gives us the visibility we need and all the features you would expect of a cutting edge challenger bank, but their service seems comprehensive and trustworthy enough for us to have absolute faith in them. During the last Covid-19 lockdown we were uncertain about our cashflow, and they helped us apply for the CBIL loan. The experience was extremely smooth, and they were very informative.
