The Yorkshire Building Society has always been easy to deal with and their customer service whenever I have had to deal with them has been faultless. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the initial re-mortgage to YBS to doing additional lending for home improvements and the subsequent product transfers when the current products needed renewing, I have always been treated well, efficiently and I’ve had the confidence knowing that my custom is appreciated compared to how I have felt when using banks who seem to class customers as punters who are there to be profited from.
