Kind, patient and very knowledgeable customer service

Last week I set up a Chorley Building Society regular monthly savings account. But somehow I got myself in a pickle earlier today trying to access it via the Chorley Online Portal. I phoned up and was taken through everything by a very patient, and kind, but most importantly a very knowledgeable person by the name of Julie. I received excellent customer service from Julie and I'm now very much online with Chorley and able to view my savings via the online portal. I never leave home without it!!

In one simple but highly intuitive MoneyHub app, in my pocket I gave instant access to the balance in my easy access cash accounts, my regular savings accounts, as well as the current value of my share portfolios and pensions. Add I have now added the current valuation of my house and my car. It’s perfect, all I need to know my total financial worth, on my phone, in my pocket, and so very sincerely I never leave home without it, and even on holiday anywhere in the world, any time of the day, I know my financial worth and so can stay on top of my finances and investments all because of one app, MoneyHub Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

MoneyHub is just brilliantly useful

I just love the connections to my current and savings accounts, and to my pensions and investment accounts AND the ability to set up manual accounts and that it also tracks the value of my home. It’s a great service / application Reviewed on: 27th March 2022
