User feedback is ignored

Starling used to be great. Til they started making changes to the app that made no sense. Can't delete spaces any more and transaction logos have now been wrong for over 5 years. I'd love to say they're the best bank. If they listened to customer feedback and needs they might get there but until then it's shit Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
