The app is very easy to use.

The app is very easy to use. It is very easy to freeze a card if you are concerned that it has been lost or stolen. Saving spaces are easy to access and create. Customer service is very responsive and very helpful. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Simple and stylish

I have been with Starling for around 12 months no and can't fault them. The app is so easy to use. I love that I get notifications when money is going in and out of my account. I've only had to contact them once and I was a bit concerned about how that would go but my query was resolved very quickly and in a very friendly manner. What more could you want?
