Unsurpassed customer service

I can't speak highly enough of Starling Bank's customer service. Starling Bank's customer service is nothing less than a delightful oasis in a vast wasteland of nasty, incompetent useless corporate inaccurately labelled 'customer service'. Having used Starling's customer service using both email and phone I can not speak highly enough of them. Starling Bank appears to use human beings who actually ... wait for it ... read/list, consider and reply to every aspect of what I've asked about or the issue I was currently having. Then -- apparently without the need of a 'customer service' checklist or script -- they actually addressed my issues! Gasp! They didn't pass the responsibility or blame on the customer as a default action. Amazing! All aspects of my issues were addressed and resolved as if emailing or talking with a friend. Brilliant! There will always be issues with any service or product. However I have no fear should I need assistance in the future because I know from personal experience Starling Bank will listen, think and act (even outside the box!) to answer my questions or resolve issues. I would have given them a big hug if I could. Never thought I'd say customer service was a pleasant experience. I can with Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
