So easy, fresh and friendly way of banking

Delighted and impressed from the start. So easy to create an account and the team have always been incredibly responsive. I’ve never felt the need to have to go into a physical bank as the chat function and their response time is incredibly. Never been happiest with any other bank. And never felt as connected with any other bank - their email content is great and very helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
