This sounds really cheesy but is absolutely true - Starling has completely changed my banking world. The ease of use is ridiculous. Everything seems possible and is! Starling seem to know what issues are before they happen and create a solution before it happens. For example, fraud is so much easier to deal with particularly if you travel a lot. Instant messaging to your phone alerts you if your card is used so you can immediately cancel it if it wasn't you. It works brilliantly when travelling and the exchange rates are much kinder on the wallet. After such success with my personal account I moved my business banking to starling and not only am I saving every month but it is so much easier to use and I am in control of the business accounts at the touch of a button. My highlight is the smooth interaction with my accounting package. This caused my many headaches and tears when I was banking with Barclays. Well done Starling, you are showing the banking world what they should all be providing. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
