A hick up sorted.

My initial card I ordered got lost somewhere in transit. Within the app there was no mush choice but to order again and pay P&P. Once I called thought - totally different story, as the issue was dealt with there and then and a free replacement card came within 48 hours. No issues what so ever after that. Easiest bank to recommend

Not had an even a hiccup with this bank (something I can't say about any other I've used before). Had even put trough a chargeback for undelivered goods and had a very understanding and forthcoming resolution to the situation. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
